How to Book

You must apply to the Driver Vehicle Agency. The check will be available at two DVA Test Centres, Lisburn and Londonderry. A completed application form and fee will be required before the check can take place. Application forms are available from:

Following examination of the vehicle the inspector will make a decision as to whether to pass or fail the vehicle based on the apparent authenticity of the stamped in vehicle identification mark, and other corroborating evidence.
