  1. How do I apply for my for CPC (module 2) theory test?

You can book your theory test by post by completing an application form. Application forms are available online and from theory and practical test centres. Payment can be made by cheque or postal order, but cash payments are not accepted. Postal orders and cheques must be made payable to Driver & Vehicle Agency.
